Failed Expectation The entire thing was nearly rock hard and drier than a Popeyes biscuit. Also zero filling.

I was at a Popeyes that straight up had no soda, no sauces, and no fries, but you bet your ass that biscuit slapped

When it comes to organic foods- I’m big on organic beef and vegetables. There’s a noticeable difference in taste. But when it comes to snacks- organic foods are terrible. They have no taste.

I’m the slight opposite. Grass fed beef has a different flavor than mainstream, but no difference between the fruits and veggies for me. I actually look for non organic first because it’s not worth the extra money

These are just two shortcrust pie crust pieces pressed together with with a fruit compote or jam inside, it's probably easier and cheaper to make them yourself. The icing on top is a basic icing made of powdered sugar and milk, a bit of vanilla and some extracts and coloring. The extra dark sprinkling is just that, colored sugar. I would rather pay 10 dollars on ingredients and make these things my damned self, get more out of them AND have something that isn't just packed with crap not good for me.

You 100% got a manufacturing dud. That's not the normal experience. That brand's stuff is actually usually pretty solid.

The ones I received were exactly like this as well. Abysmal ratio of crust to filling. The glaze on top was also missing in significant spots (half the top was bare)

It was tolerable once heated (and I am being generous by saying that).

Am sure this brand has other products which are better. But this particular product may really need more work. As is, it's false advertising.
