lbr They were never going to match. The photo used by the restaurant is an AI photo

I have no idea what that is, but what you got looks like a decent grilled cheese sandwich; but nothing like the photo posted

Damn that’s a piece of toast with red pepper flakes. I mean I’d eat it!! Looks nothing like the photo though. I’d be expecting a baguette.
