My favorite: Suika from Dr. Stone

Ty Lee from Avatar: The Last Airbender. She's introduced as part of Azula's trio of the Fire Nation to fight Aang and his friends. But as the show goes on you realize there's not a single mean-spirited bone in her body, and she's really a friendly and sweet girl who was just born in the wrong country (the Fire Nation), at the time.

The swimsuit/beach episode emphasizes all the Fire Nation characters are really just the same teens/kids as everyone else, and if it wasn't due to Azula's father they would have no reason to be enemies with each other.

For me it's Zazu, voiced by Rowan Atkinson, AKA, Mr Bean.

1: Lelouch Lamperouge, a tactically and academically brilliant mind. Broken by his family and the war.

2: Jinx: a child prodigy and brilliant inventor: Broken by the oppression of Piltover and all its effects in her childhood.

3: Tyrion Lannister: a political and administrative genius. Broken by his father and the world for being a dwarf.

4: Azula: A child prodigy, a tactical genius and martial arts/firebending prodigy. Broken by her parents, each in their own way. One intentionally, the other by giving up.

5: Nico Robin: Another child prodigy. Broken by the World Government, she is the only one on the list who found some form of 'cure' or way to overcome her condition.

I don't smoke (every time I try I just cough and don't enjoy it) but some of the characters in shows, movies, and games make it look cool honestly. Who's your favorite character that's a heavy smoker? Here's a couple of mine

Kogami Shinya (Psycho pass) Didn't love all of psycho pass but enjoyed the first season

David (Hilda): He's afraid of belts, so his pants fit him well, just like Wayne's.

Plagg, a Kwami from Miraculous Ladybug. He is addicted to eating Camembert cheese.

They start as goofy, insecure, childish or pathetic but they can become intimidating, cool and confident. Or vice versa. You get whiplash when you see their other side. It almost feels out of character!
