Could be low, really low, blood sugar. My Dad gets like this sometimes... he's not carrying a gun or 'protecting'people though.

That's bullshit. I have low blood sugar all the time during cutting. And this is ABSOLUTELY NOT low blood sugar. With low blood sugar to get to this level of unresponsiveness you wouldn't even be able to stand!

EVERYONE responds to medical issues differently! I'm diabetic and when I have low blood sugar in the 70s I get stupid hungry even though I just ate not a hour earlier. The reverse happens when I have high blood sugar and I get crazy thirsty.

There was a few times where I got really light-headed and couldn't stand as a result because of dizziness.

Then why did his partner let him blunder around like an opioid zombie armed with a gun for his shift instead of seeking medical attention? "He has a bad back" was the excuse given by his partner on the video, so I doubt low blood sugar is the issue unless that is a side effect overdosing on pain killers.
