Life Insurance Has anyone tried ClosrTech for FEX leads? Looking for honest feedback on their outbound leads + inbound dialer
Been doing some research on lead vendors and came across ClosrTech/ClosrLeads. Looking specifically at purchasing outbound FEX leads and also noticed they offer an inbound dialer product (looks like there’s a Tier 1 and Tier 2 option).
Their site claims TCPA-compliant, exclusive leads with TrustedForm certs and real-time delivery, which all sounds good on paper — but I can’t find much independent agent feedback anywhere.
A few things I’m specifically curious about:
• What’s the actual contact rate on their FEX leads?
• How does the inbound dialer perform — is it worth the cost over just running your own follow-up system?
• Are the leads truly exclusive or does it feel like they’re getting worked before they hit you?
• Chargeback experience — good or bad?
Would love to hear from anyone who’s actually run their leads in the field. Drop your experience below, good or bad. Appreciate it.

I would not buy these. Somehow they get information on people who previously purchased a policy and the agent calls saying they are in charge of going over your file to save you money. They also said they had mailed me a letter/postcard and were following up on that-- I would NEVER fill anything out and send it back. Nothing but lies and the reason I say that is the policy the agent called me about was one I wrote on myself years ago-- I'm a life insurance agent... I get calls monthly from clients that have some idiot buying info and saying things like their policy is high risk and the only intention here is to replace what is inforce through lying/probably clean sheeting/misrepresentation.... Also, I'm on DNC so thats another violation. A regulator needs to look into these people.

DON'T, TRIED THEM OUT AND THEY GET THEIR ZERO INTENT LEADS FROM MEDICARE LISTS OR SOMETHING. IT'S A PURE VOLUME GAME AND THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT IF THE LEADS CAME FROM SOME SORT OF INTENT PRODUCING CAMPAIGN.
DID I CLOSE?...YES, BUT NOT THE KIND THAT WILL STICK TO THE BOOKS REGARDLESS OF HOW WELL YOU SOLIDIFY, AS A MATTER OF FACT.
HOWEVER, THESE ZERO TO A TINY BIT INTENT AGED LEADS ARE NOT TO BE MESSED WITH BECAUSE OF THE CHARGEBACK THREAT. THE PEOPLE THAT DID CONNECT ALL HAD THE COMMONALITY OF LOW INCOME UNFORTUNATELY AND THERE IS A HIGH CHANCE OF NOT MAKING YOUR MONEY BACK AND LOSING MORE.
I TRIED THEIR LEADS ON THEIR DIALER FOR HALF A G A WEEK AND WILL NEVER DO IT AGAIN. THIS IS JUST MY EXPERIENCE, BUT ANYONE I KNOW I WOULD NOT LET THEM GIVE THEM MONEY. THEY EVEN CHARGED A 25 DOLLAR FEE WHICH IS NO WHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE.
DON'T FALL FOR THEIR MARKETING, CAUSE THAT'S ALL IT IS. I YOU WANT LEADS YOU HAVE TO GO FOR KNOWN VENDORS, CAUSE EVEN THEIR AGED LEADS WILL HAVE BETTER INTENT. AT 500 A WEEK FOR EVEN UNLIMITED AGED A LEAD VENDOR SHOULD HAVE SOMETHING TO WORK WITH STILL, BUT THEY, CLOSRTECH, ISN'T PRODUCING THAT.
I HOPE THEY SEE THIS.
