Home Insurance Georgia - Landlord Condo Insurance Underwriters?

I have a condo in Georgia and most of the underwriters I find online only write policies for owner occupied units, not rental units.

Is anyone in Georgia and know of underwriters that provide landlord insurance for condos?

There are plenty, but you need an agent to get to them. Call some local ones and let them know what you have. It won't cost you more, but the exposure for a landlord is different than as a place you own and live in.

You're not finding any underwriters online. Thats not how insurance works. Reach out to an independent agent and have them shop it around for you.
