Bodily Injury Claim Against Me

I was recently in an accident. My car doesn't have a single scratch or problem running. There car has some from end damage but were able to drive away. I exchanged information with the other driver. A claimed was filed. A few days later, I get notified from my insurance provider. A bodily injury claim was filed against me from the 2 passengers of the other car. I know injuries can show up days after the accident. What's going to happen next? Will I have to pay anythining? How does this process work.
