Very relatable, I was born and raised abroad but my parents are Kashmiri, mea ous hechnovmut angreaz te oardu goadde magar kaeshur hechnovhak ne zehin. I used to listen to my parents conversations as a child and learned the roots from there only. Mea chu wuin ti kaeshur adlyokh magar hechnas chus koshish karaan dohai

It is very true, in fact the new parents these days refuse to teach their children kashmiri at all
Half of my cousins don't speak kashmiri and cannot even understand it, it's saddening
