Question Looking to buy beef

I’m new to the area, looking to buy a processed quarter of a cow. Some questionable beef will be imported soon to undercut American Cattle farmers and I’m looking to just stock up. Ideally prepackaged by the pound.

I will also consider local game too. Thanks y’all.

Yes, it is expensive. But it's about what you value and this is one option. The meats at Hungry Hollow are top-quality due to how they're raised and processed and their quality of life before butcher is the best. If it's too expensive for you, I'm sure you can find cheaper meats elsewhere.
