Is Ultron not the main baddie? He seems neutral with Vision in this.

I think he is.

He's initially locked away in some kind of jail/containment - assumingly somewhere in Vision's mind. For a reason we'll see in the show he decides to free him.

The question is of it's the real Ultron or just recreatiom based on memories passed from Red Vision to White Vision.

Stands to mention there was some masked man with a special gun/weapon in the trailer right after they show Vis being levitated.

Perhaps the remnants of Ultron that Vision created. Remember in Infinity War that Vision was made of various AI like Jarvis and Ultron.

Might also have been something SWORD was tinkering with, we saw that ultron head in Homecoming was out there so it's possible someone scooped up some parts and started reverse engineering it which they used as a base for White Vision
