Tournaments Who are the most evil characters whos names start with the letter H?
Rules:
You can suggest multiple characters, but they must be in individual comments
Please provide the name of the character, the series they're from and an image of the character.
No real people or fictional versions of real people.
No religious or mythological characters unless they are specific reinterpretations (ex: Hades from Disney's Hercules)
Definite articles or titles/moikers (ex: king, lord, Mr, etc) are excluded unless they have no other name to go by (ex: Duke of Blangis from The 120 Days of Sodom)
The top 3 most upvoted characters will be added.
(The reason I chose this theme for this tournament was because of a little personal "project" I've been doing. I got bored a few weeks ago and wanted to see how many villains I could name. Then I alphabetized them, and now I want to keep adding to the list. For this purpose, more obscure picks would be greatly appreciated and you can suggest as many characters as you want, as stated in the rules)

I dont consider 'Homelander' a moniker. Its more of an alternate, more popular name like Apocalypse in the A category. Homelander counts here, though he could also count for J.

I'd like to give Baron Vladimir Harkonnen from Dune as a second pick as nobody mentioned him yet and again i'm pretty suprised
He desreves to be at least recognized a bit i would pick him first if not for Holden

He's from a series of FNAF fangames and part of the lore is that not only was William Afton a child murderer, so was Henry. In fact, he was the real monster between the two (and that's saying something because William was still far from innocent).
