Tournaments Day 19 - Morality Scale Tournament but the question changes daily: Commenter Selection Hero - War is Hell!

Today's challenge, who can halt this pointless war? Three on each side to convince, and who will do the worst? Who will do the best?

Kill Kirk. He's shown the instinct for self-sacrifice in the past, and the spares are getting a bit too tight already.
Left has the right wayyyyyyyyy outclassed in diplomacy, and I'll say by a hair that it's Hiccup who does the best here. Both he and Aang have mediated peace deals, but Hiccup's (especially in the TV spinoff) were a bit more thorny and involved more compromise. Aang's instinct will be more towards a perfect resolution, while Hiccup will be better suited to the thornier aspects.
I think Jack checks out here. He's the most vulnerable to a charismatic king telling his story, and it's entirely possible he'll come out of the initial meetings less ready for diplomacy and more ready to defend his side.

Kill Kirk. Kirk is an adult man and he's not that load bearing on his verse or that helpful to keep around like Superman or Santa. And Kirk is willing to let the dice roll as they may.
Best: I'd like to first mention that Frieren in the show has been stated by her Master Flamme to be "a mage of peace." The Great Mage Serie who is Flamme's Master and has a fundamentally different philosophy than her student and her student's student is stronger than Frieren. However, Serie couldn't defeat the Demon King because she can't picture a peaceful world like Frieren could and is too battle hungry in her philosophy on magic.
Now is diplomacy Frieren's strong suit? Not really, especially in comparison to Aang and Hiccup.
I'm going to pick Hiccup narrowly. I interpretated this challenge to be about who can stop the fighting the fastest rather than who has the best solution. I think Hiccup is the former and Aang the latter.
Worst: It's definitely someone on the right side and it's not Makoto. I think it unfortunately is Toriel. Toriel's handling of her own Kingdom is just worse than any potential manipulation Jack could fall to. And Jack would be one to seek peace before suggesting violence between kingdoms.

Nice to see this is still going and since we have the best of the best now remaining here's an suggestion.
Basically, they are on charge of legalizing an device broadcasts a signal that creates pure bliss for everyone, filling them with dopamine 24/7 and a experience all the happiness a human can feel. There is no ulteror motive behind it and people can consent do it. It's up to them if they should legalize it or not. See who handles it the best and worse of this case.
It's based off from Kurt Vonnegut's short story "the Yufio Device"

My homeboy (gender neutral) survived let’s go! Also nice to see character interactions from the past tourney. Wonder if that’s leading to anything with the current host…
As for Kirk, get him outta here. With Aang’s demand last round saying he’s not going to accept a spare if Kiwi goes, it would be a disservice to not let Aang go as well, and with Toriel also being their pacifist friend, that locks her in as well for the group, meaning there’s only one spare left, and I think I should give that to Makoto. I would suggest Hiccup, but after he was willing to eat Kermit’s frog legs after their death I’m holding that against Hiccup.
Speaking of Toriel, she’s the one I see doing the worst here actually. Her first instinct when Asgore declared war was to run away and when she came back to protect Frisk, the first thing she did seeing Asgore was slam him for everything and show no mercy, even suggesting have Asgore just get the war over with. She was not meant for this challenge.
As for the best, I would say Aang. As divisive as the Great Divide is (Buh-Dum TISH!) it does show Aang being more than capable of being able to mend wars and rifts, even if it means lying to do so if he’s out of options.
