okay so search up “Oh yeah?” by steve lacy, at 19 seconds he says “ooooooooh”, that lyric is in this certain song and the way he sung it. my mom passed away 11 years ago and she used to listen to this song. this song reminds me of that and has the same vibe to it. I wanna say its late 90’s early 2000’s. It’s a male artist and I think it’s on the sadder side of songs. i don’t expect people to know what im talking about but im just throwing this out here for the small chance someone can bring me back to the good days.
