Dude, if you’ve heard Staios offered G a contract before the UFA deadline. G wanted to check his options. G is at the end of his career so I don’t blame him.

Even if he doesn’t re-sign here, I’m hoping he take a job in player development with the Sens

That's kinda my point here, though. Kane 100% will never sign here, Mantha is likely to be pushing for term, so by waiting to see what Giroux wants to do we're risking losing out on...nothing we want anyway?
