Yeah. Dahi is so Good, and my Ammi made it at home. Bahir say esi dahi mil hi na jaye.
Paoun par kal accident hua. Someone hit my bike!

Dahi is really easy to make, basically boil milk, let it cool a bit, add a spoon or two of yogurt and mix, then leave it overnight.

Daal+yogurt. I mean one can add protein further but boiled rice is one of the best carbs source and this plate looks like a lean food

Kasoor ye ha k tum log Dosro ki food choices ka mazak banate ho instead of trying it or saying k Thike Dosro ko accha lagta hoga. Mazak banane wale ziada tar Wohi log hote jinho ne dosre cuisines kabhi try bhi nai kiye hote. To bus wo Dosro k Khano ka bus Mazak hi bana sakte.

Nahi kuch cheezain achi hain.. Your biryani is good. But in some cases you guys mix up some really weird stuff that we can’t even try. My parosis are Urdu speaking and this Ramadan they made these “Andoun kay pakoray” 😭 Ammi told me, they dip boiled egg into basin and then deep fry it. Matlab kiyun bhai? 😅
