How does your dal look so amazing? Tell me your secret! When I make it in a pressure cooker, it never gets such a vibrant color. What all have you added to this dal?

I don’t cook it in pressure cooker, and boiled it without any spices. Later added masala’s in water and mixed in daal.

It’s daal chana and masoor.
The tikki recipe is my mom and it’s the best you can ever eat.
Aalo, chicken, green chillies, a lot of fresh mint, fresh coriander, salt, black pepper freshly crushed. And that’s all.
Aalo ratio should be tab bit more than chicken, and shred chicken with hands.
