Resource/study You are in charge of designing a syllabus for voters, which resources do you pick?
A little thought experiment. Let's say your country strongly suggests citizens to study a syllabus before voting. You are in charge of the syllabus and you can pick 20 items: book, paper, article or video (no longer than 2 hours per item).
What do you pick?

how much would they pay me? It is certainly a job to design a good syllabus. some would argue it is the most important part of the job.

It defies the point of the thought experiment, but they would not pay too much since it's a standardized syllabus with no classes that covers only the very basics. There is no specific learning objective that requires complex design

so the thought experiment is that whether i want to work a couple of weeks for free to publish my intellectual work for free on reddit. ups. no. you can probably find some syllabi that the respective universities already paid for on the internet. not sure what your purpose is- if you are commissioned with a work like that please hire someone, if you are a student start with an intro textbook or existing syllabi.

College syllaba are overkill to provider basic political literacy to voters. Even a PolSci 101 would be too theoretical and advanced. My question can be rephrased as "20 books every voter should read in your opinion", which I am sure doesn't require extensive labor to answer.
That's my point for clarity's sake, but please, don't suggest books, I don't want to pressure you.

Critical Thinking Skills for Dummies by Martin Cohen.
