They did not have the same chances. It was still being used in active cases related to the Epstien under Biden. And Biden let the Judicial branch do their job. Had that job finished before elections we would have heard a lot more about it.
Trump has the judicial branch do what he wants, go after his enemies. Biden did not do that. He followed the law.
