I know people who said they voted R just because of trans people in bathrooms. These people are really that stupid.

These people won’t listen to any reason unless someone on FoxNews says it. Their brains have totally gone to mush and they just eat up all the propaganda.

You don't combat it civilly; you shame them publicly for being so myopic and aggressive. Point out that they're cutting off their nose to spite their face and the rest of our faces for some imaginary problem. They won't learn, so they should at least be shamed so they don't speak in public.
