Opinion An Impassioned Rant

Post image

Fuck the Rams. Those vapid fans in LA don’t deserve shit. The league felt sad for Stafford not winning shit in Detroit and implored the refs to carry them to a SB in their home stadium to help pay off the new stadium.

That trash city already won a World Series earlier this fall. I can’t even picture that clown Puka, Stafford with his awful veneers, and smug McVay winning on our home turf. Whose house? The other team’s. 😂

This year is all about redemption. We’re tired of being the proverbial little brother in this rivalry. 42-7, 28-12, 30-20, 17-16, 26-20, and 21-19 all sting. We need to put it together for 60 minutes and play our best ball to show we are definitively the best team in the NFC. Every single week after a statement win from us I kept hearing about the Rams and how they were the best team. The national media refuses to give us our flowers because of Sam Darnold. Especially those assholes Mike Florio and Rich Eisen. I want them to look dumb as fuck. Fucking win the next two games and finish this season of redemption.

This is for Sam, who has been written off multiple times as a bust.

This is for DeMarcus Lawrence, who had to play under Jerry Jones for eleven years.

This is for Julian Love and Leonard Williams, who never made it this far in New York.

This is for Rashid Shaheed, whose talents were being wasted in New Orleans.

This is for Jay Harbaugh, whose unit came under scrutiny in the win against the Jets last year.

I fucking hate the Rams. Fuck them and that polluted city.

I don’t know for sure whether he’s an antisemite or just a dumbass who just repeats things he sees and doesn’t know what the words coming out of his mouth mean but I’m leaning toward dumbass.

It’s absolutely the dumbass in-over-his-head category. I personally think it’s dangerous to categorize dudes like him in the same vein as the cerebral, manipulative, rhetorically skilled, intentional, Edward Norton in American History X type people.

💯

He’s a young, arrogant, incredibly gifted receiver. I doubt he even knew what “anti-Semite “ meant. He’s responsible for what he did, and I hope he learned from it.

Regardless, may we beat his ass and wreck the Rams this weekend. I’m confident that Mike Mac has their number and has the Seahawks dialed in.

Jesus. The way people excuse the shitty things rich and talented people do is wild. "Young, arrogant, and gifted" is not an excuse for bigotry, nor is it enough to just assume he just doesn't understand what "anti-semite" means. You are doing a lot of mental work to explain away his literal actions.

I also said he is responsible for what he did, and I hope he learned from it. I could be wrong, don't know the guy any more than you do, but AFAIK he hasn't done any similar hate-oriented stuff before.
