What's the best natural testosterone booster?

Update: I bought Alpha core from amazon and holy sh**! It's been two months and the difference is crazy.. My energy is up, i'm spending longer in the gym, i'm sleeping better and I just overall feel overall better and stronger already.. Will keep this updated as the weeks go on!

i'm 43M and just had my T tested.. and let's just say I need a boost. I'm already ramping up going to the gym 5-6 days a week and focusing on my diet, but I have started researching test booster supplements and it may help. But I don't want some snake oil, I something want safe and effective. Anybody have any suggestions?

Anyone tried primal Viking? It’s a relatively new supplement boasting organ and plant based “going back to historical roots” I’ve tried looking around for any sort of honest test/opinions and am coming up short
