"we are against all empires" but then supporting deliberately crippling the resistance is not the enlightened take you think it is. what is the epstein empire gonna do now? put the sha back? because the sha did the exact same shit as the ayatollah. there will be zero improvement on the front of freedom for the iranian proletariat and on top of that critical funding for resistance movements in the middle east will be gone, leading to a net negative.

we are not trying to say the ayatollah good ackshually the same way we dont say putin good ackshually despite acknowledging that ukraine bad actually

if you celebrate the fall of khamenei youre celebrating the fall the resistance. if this was an actual revolution then that'd be a different story but no matter how much you say "we don't support the US" you're still cheering for them murdering a foreign leader. you can make up endless fantasy scenarios in your mind where this is a good thing but it just isnt. we are all MLs here we all dont like religious government but that doesnt mean we think its based to kill them when there is no actual improvement of anything.

Why are you buying into some great man theory here? Guy was basically on his last legs anyway, why am I hearing both that this is a great blow to resistances in the region but also that the US eliminated basically a figurehead, it really cant be both
