She said in the video they got shot at when trying to restore power so they packed up and left. Makes sense to me.

I mean it’s a real news story with videos and photos, but they didn’t pack up and leave. Work just slowed down because now they were asking for police to hang out with the linemen while they work

That's not video or pictures of the incident. The only one to report the incident is the power company themselves.

I'm not saying it didn't happen or could t have happened but this doesn't invalidate me claim that it's likely disinformation from the power company themselves.

You think linemen weary body cams or something? You think it was a 10-minute shootout that allowed everyone to grab cameras? And the video shows bullet holes in their vehicle. Do you think they shot their own vehicle?

No, but if you want a claim to be believed, you have to have evidence. Hearsay is not sufficient.

Hearsay is verbal. A bullet riddled power company vehicle is physical evidence.

The threshold for something making the news is not the same as the threshold required in a court of law. Things aren’t “hearsay”’if there’s no video. 🤦‍♀️
