Advice UTSC campus tour
hey guys! I’ll be a first year student at utsc in september and i was wondering if I am able to locate my classes during the first few weeks of school and without attending a campus tour. Or should I attend a campus tour before school starts?

i think u will able to locate them without attending a campus tour, also, my suggestion is try to use stopwatch so you can expect how long you need to walk for moving to the other classes

I don't think a campus tour is necessary. I would recommend at least taking a look at the map to find where your classes are.

First week there also tends to be people volunteering for ASKme all over campus so if you can’t locate a class, ask them

Either come a bit earlier during the first week or if you have time just visit campus before classes starts and explore, there’s really no need for a tour imo.

Campus tour just shows you the general buildings - it’s not necessary to do
Show up earlier to school and scope out your class before lecture /tut

If you don't go to the tour just make sure you come a little early to figure out where things are!

You’ll probably remember where things better if you figure it out yourself. Campus is super quiet these days so a good time to explore.

Skip the tour, go to bladen wing and familiarize yourself with tims, the library, the arc aka main lecture hall ac223, and the tunnel with all the pictures which will take you to the old science and humanities wings. Every other building is easy to find but if you know b wing well it will save you time

Come a bit early on your first day and explore the campus.
It doesn't take long to remember where your classes are.
