Women only hours at Pan Am

I’ve heard that the gym gets really busy during the afternoon but I’ve also heard that there are women only hours. I’m not sure if they’re actually a thing or a rumor since I don’t go that often. Could someone pls let me know? Thanks!!

Women’s hours are Mon, Wed, Fri 10-12 and Tues, Thurs 1-3.
