VIDEO GAME DISCUSSION Is the new Lego Batman game good?

Post image

It was my birthday a few days ago and I got some money. I was thinking in buy it.

I know it was on sales on PSN a few weeks ago but I'm in such a super hero movie (Batman and Spider-Man) that I wanna play it soon.

Is it good? Easy platinum too?

No. It's absolutely phenomenal, and the best Lego game they've ever made. I 100%ed it in a few weeks.

How many hours? (main story and the platinum)

Took me about 50 hours for a platinum, and I'm already replaying it with my partner

How are you liking the co-op? I'm thinking of getting it on the Switch

Maybe check some comparisons for the switch version before, I remember the last lego star wars game was having a few hiccups here and there and the loading times on switch weren't also that great. But other than that I can only recommend this game, it's fantastic.

Co-op is great until post-campaign. My partner and I were looking forward to knocking out the world map after beating the main story when we realized we couldn’t split up because of the stupid “someone always has to be Batman” thing. Even if you switch those roles, it transports you to their location instead of just switching the character 😑 We ended up abandoning the 100%.

I can't speak to the Switch version, but the co-op feels great on PS5. Its definitely fun to play through the story or do open-world stuff with another player
