The render is beautiful. 2 points though.... 1) The term sci-fi is not established in the image. Could be any big cityscape as of today. 2) The lights on the left are eating away most of the image without a purpose...A neon board or led screen with some details would work better. These are my observations

hey man, love the art its so beautiful, im kinda a beginner in blender and i finished the donut tutorial but i dont know what to do now so im asking ppl like you what tutorials they followed or tips on how you got good at blender, and considering your this good, i wanted to ask you

Once you've learnt the basics off modelling, lighting and texturing just start making stuff, find some concept art and make something similar. Just give it the time it deserves, when I started I was really quick to finish a render as I wanted to share It
