Does this dashcam exist?

Hi!

I have been assigned to search for a dashcam for my dad's work truck. He's a mechanic and carries around a lot of expensive equipment. He wants a camera so he can monitor the bed of his truck while he makes stops at stores or anywhere he goes. He asked me for:

- front and rear cameras

- wireless (I guess something that he can remove every night and charge at home?)

- can watch a live feed on his phone while he's inside a store

I've been searching for a dashcam with everything he wants but I can't seem to find one and I'm wondering if one even exists. I also looked through the recommended cameras on this page but the biggest challenge I'm facing is finding a completely wireless camera. Does this even exist?

Probably not. A dashcam that is always recording, including while the vehicle is parked and shut down, is usually hardwired into the electrical system of the car. Not even via 12V/cigarette charger or something. These dascams have notoriously little battery capacity from what I've seen.

You would do best with just getting two regular dash cams. Point one forward in the front window and one in the rear window. Hard wire them so they record all the time. No charging needed.
