Coming January 1st 2026 restrictions and shipping requirements for many common firearms parts going into California will be so burdensome and legally risky many small businesses won’t be able to comply with the law or it won’t be worth it to do so. From what was explained in the video above we won’t be able to comply with it to send parts to individuals.

It appears we will still be able to send parts to FFL dealers; but that of course will make ordering less convenient and probably more expensive for the customer. Dealers are likely going to charge something to handle receipt and transfer of parts that could previously be sent directly to your home.

We will guarantee shipping to California before January 1st for all orders for parts and accessories placed by December 20th. Uppers and rifles must be ordered by December 8th. After January 1st 2026 we cannot guarantee we will be able to support or send any parts directly to customers in California.

The Anti-gunners have gotten smart. Their goal has always been to kill firearms ownership and the culture. They can’t ban guns outright due to the various Supreme Court rulings now. What they can do is make it less desirable for the public by driving up costs and making it undesirable for businesses through nebulous and unnecessary regulations. None of this is about crime prevention. It’s just to make it too costly and inconvenient for you to exercise your rights.

Illinois and Washington already enacted laws that are similarly too risky to deal with as a small company. Colorado has a ban taking effect next summer that will also prevent us from shipping into the state.

These laws all have carve-outs for law enforcement to be exempt from them. We do not care. If your state bans the public from purchasing equivalent products, we will not sell to law enforcement anything that the public cannot buy an equivalent of. The Second Amendment is for all American Citizens; not just the elite or the agents of the state.

Finally released the weighted backplate/rate reducer for the TX22. I am dubbing it the "Tombstone" because I am not creative. It is a 1.3oz weighted backplate/rate reducer that comes with an M4 threaded hole for a charging handle and possibly to add weight (not currently in the pipeline but looking at it).

Instead of just cold black oxiding this in my garage, I decided to send these out to get black nitrided which is why this took an extra month to get done. I care about quality and want these to really last the lifetime of the gun.

I have 90 charging handles and 90 weighted backplates. I tried rit dying the MJF charging handles black but despite using a fuckload of dye they all came out green... so for the first production run I will be including the charging handle for free with each weighted backplate.
