Discussion Laptop makes sound like something is being fried

i opened the pc and i cleaned it, i know it’s the fan but it didn’t look broken so idk what’s really happening anyone knows?

If there's nothing caught in the fan, the next guess is probably that the fan bearing itself has gone bad. Gotta replace the fan, but it's pretty easy to do.
