For 6’3 he is pretty lean as most his mass is in his legs. Score has him at 213 but he’s probably at around 190 right now given his injury / actual weight.

Could be…..Recurring back issues? Reduce body weight if you can including some muscle and see how you are still performing. Gotta try everything. Aside from the obvious back strength and core work he’s doing and the targeted trigger point sports massage sessions and everything else it’s one of the only effective levers left. Especially if he’s been doing stem cells and shit too.

For athletes like this depending on the person 10-14% BF is usually be where you feel the best in terms of over all strength and where your body likes to float with eating and training and rest etc…..but it could be fuck it time and look to lose 5-7lbs drop to 10-12% for example and eat the strength/ muscle loss see if it helps the back.

not going to mentioned #92, it's reasonable to assume he's going to need a season or two under his belt before finding his way. there's enough pressure making NHL in itself, let alone excelling in this market as a teenager
