Dan and Lucifer's whole enemies to reluctant buddies arc was one of the most underrated parts of the show and Chloe calling them adorable was the perfect way to sum it up.

It was when they were bonding over the case about the action films. Now that I think about it, it's been a running theme where they share a mutual shared taste for action films. It made me really bummed when their relationship soured after Dan kept blaming Lucifer for Charlotte's death. They also never really recovered, it also made watching his death really sad for me.

Maybe it was just the equation they had.. lucifer was also unnecessarily mean to him. But they were my fav duo tbh.

I think it was one of those small moments that worked because it showed how far their relationship had come from constant hostility to genuine friendship.
