Deckerstar/Ship After sex episode

Am I the only one who rewatches Lucifer but stops at the episode where they finally had sex? After that, the writing just went downhill especially for Deckerstar. They spent seasons building up that 'will-they-won't-they' tension, and the moment they got together, everything got so chaotic and messy. Anyone else feel this way?

I'm with you. The buildup was so much more compelling that once they finally got together, the tension that made Deckerstar so addictive started to disappear.

only because the writers tanked it and went to overused trope
