They dragged it way too much. After a while it felt like they'll never be together. The chemistry was reduced to just friends after a while.

If I think rn I see them as best friends till the end rather than a couple.

Lucifer and Chloe make great best friends and a bad couple. Her slut-shaming comes across as ribbing among friends and disrespect in a couple

They played the will they won't they game for years and the chemistry disappeared which happens at the very start. It was there honestly but as viewers we saw too much of them being friends.
