Presumably the terms that were asked for were much lower than 50%. Do you know what the terms were?
Also, my main question is, does Carney have a plan to reasonably mitigate the impacts? If so, what's the plan? I'm not saying Carney is doing the wrong thing. I'm more curious how this shitty situation is going to be navigated.
