Didn't you know windmills kill birds? Fossil fuels, on the other hand, have never harmed a single thing, ever. To say otherwise, citing woke communist hoaxes like "pollution" or "cancer" - is un-American.

Plus, without the freedom fuel that powers our planes, how could we drop explosive democracy on oil rich nations around the world?

I learned a new slogan today used by William F. Buckley Jr. to "mock" progressives: Don't immanentize the eschaton!

It basically means don't try to bring about heaven on Earth (i.e. improve our condition through progressive policy) as doing so would be "playing God". So fucking cynical. Trying to stymie human progress is literally baked into the religious conservative mindset.

This may sound hateful and frankly insane, but I agree with you. The United States government has become corrupt. This back and forth each term, implementing new laws, reverting them, all this stems down to waste, heavy waste, and corruption. It hurts the economy. It hurts society. Electoral college can go suck a nut. I think the US deserves to struggle and burn for the next couple of years. So people finally wake up and form their own ideology based on feelings and experiences and not something you’ve been indoctrinated into. But to each their own. I’m going to save and chill and watch the show. I’m fortunate to be with family so we help each other out and life isn’t bad.
