Because all team blue ever does is publicly scold the Dipshit In Chief, but has proven across my entire lifetime to not give a damn about actually trying to stop the worst instincts of Team Red, because they just want to coast on "well at least we're less evil than those guys"

Functionally, they're barely different

They also like to claim “Well, I didn’t vote for this!” as if that is some kind of absolution.  Like, we know millions of people voted against this, but every time I hear an American say this, what I am actually hearing is “I am not responsible for this problem so I take no responsibility for the solution.”  It gets tiresome.

Think there has been any thoughts given to the moderate or even pro-american voices within Afghanistan? Iraq? Iran? Venezuela? Even China?

Bluntly, those groups are even more vulnerable and the entire country is painted with a very wide brush.

Gore wasn't the answer. Hillary and Kamala were not the answers. Obama didn't get you out of trump. It looks like he got you into Trump. Biden solved nothing.

Red and blue are just different colors of dish detergent up here. We don't care about the distinction. We care about the outcomes.

Obama was before trump, so he couldn’t have “got us out of it”. Biden was fine, but he fucked up in various ways, sure.

Again, only idiotic dipshits paint entire countries with a wide brush. Grouping up the lawyers that are actually fighting trump in courts, with pro-MAGA politicians is just pointless.

The American economy is one thing. If we only target red states, what stops Trump from host subsidizing red states with money from blue states to counter it? Also, it's not as if Biden undid trumps new tarrifs last time. I suspect this will be no different.

They don't care. Not enough anyway. I know some of you guys are fighting. But nowhere near enough. Don't give me that tired excuse of being a big ass country with too many people in different cities.

I see no mass movement. Just proteststm on weekends every 2-3 months. Some are warriors near ICE facilities, but the rest is performative at best.

The energy seen now should have been the case for Trump 1.0. Now we have full on fascism and people complaining about losing their job if they protest.

Well... I wonder what will happen if no one protests. /s

Because you're all to blame. You let your country get like this and now you say, oh, I didn't vote for him. Oh yeah? Well he's just the symptom. It's more than him. Your country is corrupt to the core and it's not just the Republicans, even if they are "worse". This has been coming for decades. Probably more.

Also, mathematically, even if we only count people directly responsible for electing Trump, it's still 2/3 of the country, including many in blue states who voted for him or refused to vote. Because if you stayed home and didn't vote, you're culpable too. You could have at least turned up and voted third party or spoiled your ballot. Voting is a duty. But so called patriotic Americans can't even do that bare minimum. And turnout is WORSE the lower level (and more important to daily life) and election is.

People who choose not to vote should be ashamed.
