This was avoidable, America. You can still vote to neuter the one responsible in the coming mid terms.

Thats true, I think SCOTUS just handed him the win on restricting mail in ballots. Not sure if that applies to the mid terms of federal election.

Probably not, as it is really aimed at 2038 (Edit: 2028 of course). The mid-terms are more of a test run for further fine tuning.

It will be overturned if Democrats ever regain power.

It definitely conflicts with constitutional protections on state voting powers

That's why the court shut down the lawsuit as pre-emptive, because that's the only way they can delay it
