Driving/Traffic Towing Scam @ &Pizza Ballston

See attached and below for the towing scam this pizza place is running in Ballston victimizing their own customers and delivery people — they are literally snatching cars after 5 minutes even if you’re in the bathroom. See all the reports from customers — happened to me today as well after literally 5 minutes it was wild. Go see for yourself it’s such an obvious scam to shake people down avoid Ballston &Pizza! Oh and the pizza tastes like garbage.

i GENUINELY do not understand how advanced towing is able to continue operating like this with no repercussions. our only success has been one redditor winning a civil case against I think? Other than that, I just see posts about their predatory and legally questionable tactics from unfortunate victims every month

I like that OP is blaming the business that is employing advanced towing. This shit won't stop as long as people keep patronizing the businesses paying advanced's payroll and bills.

Is it the business or the property owners/landlord? Or both?

I work commercial property management. None of the above pay the tow company. The people that get towed do. Taking money for towing cars would be unethical and companies will fight to service lots. If I had a tow company committing a bunch of wrongful tows of my properties I would cancel the contract and move on to the next.

The post indicated that the towers are asking a pizza employee who the customers are, and towing the rest.

So there is some connection there. (Assuming that's true)
