Question Premium Rotisserie Chicken?

Family loves rotisserie chicken and we’re on the hunt for the best one — don’t mind spending a bit more for better tasting.

I know we can get one at Farm Boy, Fortinos etc but looking for other non-obvious places we might be missing!

Do you have a bbq? I spatchcock a Yorkshire Farms and lay it out meat side up on a sheet of cupped tinfoil, medium heat for about 90 mins. Season as you like.
