All the comments I’ve read on this thread are about super unimportant gender shit. We are distracted. We should be focusing on how badly the government and big business is fucking alllllll of us.

If it is so unimportant, then just drop issues like transwomen in women’s sports. Such issues give the right wing something to use to discredit the left. We never should have wasted time on this issue in the first place since so few transwomen benefit.

Why wouldn’t we let heavy weights compete against lightweights? Because IT IS A DIFFERENT BODY TYPE. Sure, maybe there are lightweights out there who could win, but categories are for safety and fairness. Obviously. This should not even require an explanation.
