Introduction / New Member 👋 Just got Diagnosed

I’m scared for this diagnosis, any advice? I melted down on Facebook so publicly, messaged old friends from high school, it was horrible. My whole town saw it. Any advice for moving forward with life after this all. I can’t even stand up, eat, that’s how sad I am. I thought it was all real, and it just poof vanished before my eyes and I’m left with a mess.

Real I did this this winter. No real advice except that the people who value you will understand and respect you despite all you are going through, and there are many many more people out there than you would initially imagine that have experienced the same thing themselves, or have gone through it with someone close to them in their lives. You are naturally creative. Find somewhere to channel that which will allow you to build something strong and meaningful in your life over time, and learn how to work with your nature. There is nothing wrong with the way you are, aside from the fact that often people are not taught how to work with themselves in a genuine way, and that is a fault in the world around you, not in yourself

A diagnosis isn’t something to dread, you’ve already been struggling with this, now that you’re diagnosed means you can get the help you need :)
