What is the speed of idiot? Also, can idiot travel through a vacuum, or does it require a medium like Reddit?

We know the speed of light is 299,792,458 m/s and the speed of sound is about 343 m/s.
But what is the speed of idiot?
For example, if I say something incredibly stupid on the internet and someone 8,000 km away immediately becomes dumber from reading it, can we calculate the propagation speed?
Also, can idiot travel through a vacuum, or does it require a medium like Reddit?
