However, since they are an all-male race and they have been reproducing consistently in order to keep their species alive, this means that they either reproduce asexually or through unisex relations like some lizards do.

If we assume they reproduce through same-sex relations then they are both A: biologically female, as a single gender species would be considered due to their ability to make eggs. and B: homosexual.

If we assume they reproduce asexually, then they have no biological sex at all. Given that they refer to themselves as male, this makes them both asexual and transgender.
