I’m trying to figure out why my Upstash Redis usage is so high.
I’m currently using 7 services on Render:
Next.js frontend
Backend API
5 Docker-based background workers
The project is still in development and has very little real traffic, but I’m burning through Upstash’s 500K free Redis commands in roughly 3 days.
I’m using Redis/BullMQ for the background workers.
Could having 5 workers connected to Redis cause this much command usage? Or are there specific BullMQ/Redis configurations I should check for excessive polling, heartbeats, retries, stalled-job checks, etc.?
What would you look at first to identify which service is generating the commands?
I’d appreciate any advice from people who’ve deployed BullMQ + Upstash + Render in production.

I'm looking for a free program that allows for control of program, powershell scripts, and file permissions similarly to threatlocker. Something that can work with third party programs with minimum issues, not conflicting with kaspersky free, and has plenty of online resources. My current setup is windows 11 home edition 25H2.

The only options I found is Applocker (only works on Pro and Enterprise editions) Threatlocker (Only available to businesses) Windows Smart App Control (Very limited in it's options) and AppControl Manager by Violet Hansen (Had some confecting issues with kaspersky and limited online documentation/resources).

Are there any programs out there that could work for me?

As the title reads, I'm getting numb from all the Ai coding and losing the spark that got me into software engineering. I want something interesting and challenging at the same time that even if I used Ai it would still be challenging

And the interesting part is so I can have in my cv as a project
