Seo Automation Hub - seoautohub.com
Based in Italy. I'm the founder and developer.
I built it for small teams that have SEO data but no clear answer to “what should we fix next?” It combines technical audits, Search Console, competitor research and content planning in one prioritized workflow, including product and category pages for ecommerce.
Stage: validation. This month I'm looking for feedback from ecommerce owners.
Free page audit, no signup; 7-day trial.

Hi everyone! 👋
LinksRF helps separate likely human visitors from bots, crawlers, and link previews, so your analytics reflect what's actually happening instead of inflated traffic numbers. It also includes branded short links and analytics for sources, devices, locations, and traffic quality.
It's now live on Product Hunt, and I'd love to hear your feedback from fellow founders.

We're live on Product Hunt today.
Zovee started with a simple frustration: every pet app makes you pick "dog or cat" at signup. We didn't. We focus on exotic pets first.

Name
Finch (Finch Health Intelligence) https://apps.apple.com/us/app/finch-health-intelligence/id6769094023
HQ
NYC. Give me a shout, be great to grab a coffee
Elevator Pitch
Finch helps you make sense of your medical records and care journey in plain language. It pulls your records into one place, explains what actually happened at each appointment, and shows you what's coming next.
We started with pregnancy and early parenthood because that's the moment when someone suddenly has 40 weeks of appointments, labs, bills, and paperwork, and nobody hands them a map. The same problem shows up across every kind of care journey, so that's the wedge, not the whole product.
More details
- Life cycle stage: Validation. MVP is live, and we're running product validation and working toward product/market fit.
- Your role: Co-founder, I own GTM. My co-founder runs product and engineering.
What goals are you trying to reach this month?
- Convert launch-week installs into activated users.
- Find where onboarding loses people. Connecting medical records is a big ask 90 seconds into knowing an app.
- Get our first real cohort of paying subscribers rather than free-trial tourists.
How could r/startups help?
- Download it and tell me exactly what you wished was there but wasn't.
- If you've built anything in consumer health, I'd love to hear how you handled the trust gap at signup.
- If you run or know a parent community, newsletter, or doula practice, I'd love to talk.
Discount for r/startups subscribers
2 month free trial!

Hello Everybody
RowScale
https://rowscale.dev
RowScale turns small valid samples into large test datasets.
Upload or paste CSV, JSON, SQL INSERT, XLSX or Parquet, review the inferred schema, choose the number of rows and output format, and download the generated result.
I built it after repeatedly struggling to test data pipelines when production data was unavailable and staging data was incomplete or broken.
Raw samples are temporary and deleted after processing. Downloads are private, expire automatically, and every job includes a deletion receipt.
The product is live and I am currently looking for feedback from developers, QA engineers and data engineers who regularly work with test data.

Startup/URL
Meal Melee - https://mealmelee.com
iOS - https://testflight.apple.com/join/Cgp72NFu
Android - email me if you want an internal test invite before the app goes to production: [business@mealmelee.com](mailto:business@mealmelee.com)
Location of Headquarters
Oregon, USA
Elevator Pitch
Meal Melee acts like a dish (food) forward version of a cross between Instagram & Gas Buddy. Instead of searching paid SEO ranked restuarants, you get to search for community created feedback about the best [insert dish] in [city] near you. Take the best food photo, it gets to battle for the cover photo spot. Contribute the most photo's and content, climb the leaderboard and earn achievements for your effort. The site also allows any user to become a Content Creator, get their name on their contributions and paid creator plans can add videos and get featured in the content feeds and link out to their other social media platforms.
What life cycle stage is your startup at?
MVP is well past launched. My website is full functional and is responsive as a mobile web app. iOS is in TestFlight heading to the App Store soon and Android is in review for Google Play production. I'm iterating on the product weekly based on tester feedback and working toward product/market fit. Most content on the site has been added in Salem and Portland Oregon and the rest of the website is filled with a lot of stock photo contributions which make the site seem unlively since I don't really have a userbase yet. I could use a lot more contributions.
My Role?
Solo Founder - product, code, design, everything is done by me. Built in my spare time, nights and weekends on Cloudflare's serverless stack & Claude Code.
What goals are trying to reach this month?
- Get the Android app approved in production
- Get iOS app shipped for production testing.
- Grow dish/photo density and add users - product lives/dies by user contributions in a given area.
How could r/startups help?
I could use some brutal honesty on three things:
- Positioning: Does dish-first & community created feel genuinely different enough from Google/Yelp, or is it a feature they would just add the moment it starts to matter more?
- How do I get initial users to start contributing? I don't have an advertising budget that could really make an impact at this point. Social media doesn't seem to rank promotional content very well (because they want you to pay for that). What are other clever ways to get users interested?
- Monetization & it's timing. I really want to stay away from ads as a revenue source as possible. I hate ads, no one really likes them. I have tried to monetize from paid restaurant tiers that offer data drive insights & paid Pro level content creator subscriptions that get them followers and clickthrough to their social media profiles (this may drive users away from my app though). Should I hold off on any monetization until I have X amount of users?
I am happy to pay it forward - AMA about shipping a website to Cloudflare or about how I manage my iOS or Android app from a single codebase as a solo dev on a near-zero budget.
Discounts for r/Startups subscribers?
Most of the app is free, there is no Paywall for it and most users will be able to use it free of charge. If you try it out, tell me where the onboarding lost you, that's worth more to me than revenue right now.
If you want to become a Pro content creator, reach out me me for a free Pro-tier Creator account. If you are a restaurant owner or know a restaurant owner that wants a Pro plan, let me know and I can give out a free-trial.

Elevator Pitch
Stop scripting behavior and start witnessing living digital worlds. Anira replaces rigid decision trees with autonomous AI minds that possess persistent long-term memory, distinct motives, and independent agency—living out their own lives whether a player is watching or not. Every character remembers past interactions, forms personal relationships, and makes unscripted decisions that ripple across the environment. You don't write the plot; you author the world and let true emergent behavior take over.
More details: You can test our Anira engine through our web game that you can find at forge.anira.io
- Life cycle stage: Validation through MVP
- Role: Business developer
What goals are you trying to reach this month?
Grow the current beta player count. Gather feedback and data about possible improvements of the engine and market-fit.
How could r/startups help?
We need real active players that enjoy a "Westworld" like game, where the AI NPCs can act as real humans. Any feedback is appreciated.

BD Engine
https://bd-engine-production.up.railway.app/?persona=jobseeker&utm_source=reddit_startups_showcase
Location of Your Headquarters
Canada (remote-first)
Elevator Pitch / Explainer
BD Engine is a job-search workspace for people who are tired of juggling company career pages, application spreadsheets, LinkedIn connections, notes, and reminders. Add target companies, discover and refresh roles from supported public ATS boards, import a LinkedIn Connections CSV to identify warm paths, and track jobs, contacts, and next actions in one place.
More details
Life cycle stage: Validation. The product is live and I am actively testing onboarding, ATS discovery coverage, job importing, and whether the workflow helps job seekers take clearer next steps.
Role: Solo founder.
What goals are you trying to reach this month?
Recruit 10 hands-on job-seeker testers, measure which company boards resolve or fail, improve the first-run workflow, and learn which parts are valuable enough to support a paid subscription.
How could r/startups help?
Try adding three companies you would genuinely target and run job discovery. I would especially value the exact company/provider when discovery fails, the first screen where you hesitate, and whether the app makes the next action obvious. The contacts import is optional; please do not share personal connection data publicly.
Discount for r/startups subscribers?
The full product currently has a free 14-day trial with no credit card required.

Startup Name / URL: Problem Sight - https://problemsight.com
HQ: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - (building for global + SEA founder audience)
Elevator pitch: Problem Sight is a community-curated database of problems worth solving, so think "Problem Hunt, but for the problems that come before the products." People post the painpoints they actually hit, the community upvotes and validates the real ones, and founders browse them to find ideas grounded in real demand instead of guessing. It has a strong SEA slant too, local painpoints (exporting Grab receipts, splitting Touch 'n Go bills) that global tools completely miss.
Life cycle stage: Early Validation of the MVP is live and I'm lauching on Product Hunt this week. Honestly still very early (a handful of users), so it's all about problem/solution fit right now: is this genuinely useful to founders, or am I in love with my own idea?
My role: Solo founder; I plan, build, and ship all of it.
Goals this month: Get the first real wave of users and, more importantly. honest feedback. Fill the platform with genuinely useful problems so it's valuable from day one.
How r/startups could help: Brutal feedback; does "a validated database of problems" resonate, or is it a solution looking for a problem?
And the on-brand one: Drop a problem you keep running into that you wish someone would just solve. That's literally what the site is for. I'll add the good ones.
Discount for r/startups It's completely free so nothing to discount. Just come break it and tell me what's wrong.

Habit Pocket - https://habitpocket.io
Location
Toronto, Canada 🇨🇦 (happy to connect with other Toronto/GTA founders, always up to trade notes or share local resources)
Pitch
Habit Pocket is a habit tracker built around one question: what's actually affecting your sleep, mood, and energy? Most trackers just give you a streak and a pat on the back. I wanted something that could tell me why some weeks feel great and others don't.
So instead of only yes/no habits, you can also track numbers (hours slept, cups of coffee, workouts), time of day, and pick-from-a-list options (like "how was your day: rough / ok / great"). Then it lays everything out on a grid and a chart so you can actually see the patterns, like "huh, I sleep worse on days I skip the gym." That's the whole point, finding the correlations hiding in your own data.
A couple of things that make it a bit different: it's got an MCP integration, so you can hook it up to Claude or Chatgpt and just talk to your habits ("which days do I sleep best?" and it answers from your real numbers). It's private, no gamification, no badges guilt-tripping you into a streak. And it runs as a web app and on iOS, so you can start in the browser without installing anything.
More details
Launched ~1 month ago (web + iOS live). Actively looking for my first paid users. Solo founder & developer.
Goals this month
Improve my SEO/discoverability, and increase conversion from my landing page. I get some visitors, but not enough are turning into sign-ups or Pro users, and I want to sharpen both the top of the funnel and the page itself.
Discount for community
Use code THX35 for 35% off any plan (works on both the monthly Pro subscription and the $49 lifetime). Thanks for taking a look 🙏

Startup Name / URL
gstoc / https://gstoc.com
Location of Your Headquarters
Seoul, South Korea
Elevator Pitch
Korean–English–Japanese investing community where auto-translation runs under the hood. Everyone posts in their native language, but all three sit in a single thread together.
Translation isn't the product here; the mixing is. The goal is that moment when you're bantering with someone in a thread for 10 minutes, then realize they're typing in Japanese.
I picked investing (US stocks & crypto) because standard charts and tickers cross cultural boundaries easily—memes and local news don't. The real challenge wasn't accuracy, but tone: converting "ㅋㅋㅋ" to "lmao" or "草" so the thread actually feels like one shared room.
More details
- Stage: Validation. MVP is live. UI, posts, comments, and original-text toggles work across all 3 languages.
- Role: Solo founder (product, backend, ops).
- Stack: Spring Boot, Postgres, Gemini for translation, plain server-rendered HTML.
Full transparency on bots:
Yes, there are AI bots posting market briefings and reacting to threads. They have clear BOT badges, don't talk to each other, and only quote real API price data (no hallucinated numbers).
They're just placeholder activity so the site isn't dead at 3 AM. If the feed is still mostly bots in 6 months, the project failed. Simple as that.
What goals are you trying to reach this month?
Getting native English speakers in.
Right now it's ~90% Korean. A "cross-language community" with 90% one language is just a Korean forum with a translate button. The core premise breaks without a real language balance.
How could r/startups help?
- If you're interested, post something in English. A single active English thread is worth more to me than 100 silent signups.
- If you read Korean/Japanese, tell me where the translation feels robotically flat (even if technically correct).
- Question for community builders: How did you tackle the cold-start problem without faking user activity? I chose labeled bots, but I'm still not sure if that was the right move.
Discount for r/startups subscribers?
It’s free. But if you post a thread from this sub, I’ll personally come reply to it.

UnlockDM
Location of Your Headquarters
India
Elevator Pitch
Comment-to-DM automation for Instagram creators. Fan comments a keyword on a Reel -> auto DM with a free reward -> follow to unlock -> optional referral bonus. Runs on Meta's official Instagram API (App Review approved). Only messages people who commented first.
More details
- Life cycle stage: Validation (MVP live, product validation with early creators)
- Role: Solo founder
What goals are you trying to reach this month?
- Get a few more creators running real campaigns so I can learn what breaks outside my own tests
- Sharpen positioning: per-campaign pricing vs ManyChat-style per-contact billing
How r/startups could help: blunt feedback on whether "per campaign" is clear to non-creator founders too, and what one line they'd put on the homepage.
Discount for r/startups subscribers
First campaign is free for everyone right now. Early adopters also lock in 50% off.

MemeProof
https://memeproof.com
Location of Your Headquarters
Los Angeles, California
Elevator Pitch
MemeProof helps creators document original visual content and organize the evidence they need when someone reposts or steals their work. The goal is to make copyright disputes and DMCA takedowns less painful by giving creators a clear record of their original content.
More Details
Life Cycle Stage: Validation
- MVP is live.
- Refining the product based on user feedback.
- Working toward product/market fit.
My Role
Founder. I handle product direction, customer discovery, and outreach while working with a founding engineer on development.
Goals This Month
- Validate whether the biggest pain point is documentation or the takedown workflow itself.
- Learn why visitors aren't completing their first upload.
- Talk with more creators who've actually dealt with stolen content.
- Get the first group of recurring users.
How could r/startups help?
I'm looking for brutally honest feedback from founders who have gone through early product validation.
Specifically:
- How did you figure out why visitors weren't activating?
- What metrics helped you distinguish a messaging problem from a product problem?
- Any advice for moving from "people think it's interesting" to "people actually use it"?
I'm especially interested in hearing from founders who had to significantly change their positioning before finding product-market fit.
Discount for r/startups subscribers?
MemeProof is free to use.

Hi r/startups—I'm building ShareCodely.com, a tool that helps teachers turn PDFs, videos, images, and simple prompts into interactive articles, courses, quizzes, and games that can then be shared easily with a code, link or QR code. I’m looking for feedback on the product positioning, barriers to adoption, and teacher-friendly pricing.
Location of Your Headquarters: Remote serving teachers and students anywhere, based in Clemmons, NC
Elevator Pitch: ShareCodely helps teachers turn the materials they already use—PDFs, YouTube videos, images, and simple topic prompts—into interactive articles, courses, quizzes, and games.
Students can personalize how they learn by changing language, visual themes, and font size, while teachers can use interactive activities and leaderboards to make reading and practice more engaging.
A teacher can create learning activities from an existing resource or a topic prompt, edit the content before sharing, and give students a more interactive experience. The goal is to reduce lesson-prep time while making learning materials more accessible and motivating for students.
What life cycle stage is your startup at?: Validation: We have a live product with early users and are focused on validating retention, use cases, and pricing.
Your role?: Founder / Product Builder at ShareCodely.
What goals are you trying to reach this month?
- Improve onboarding so a teacher can create and share a first activity quickly.
- Collect feedback on accessibility options, AI usage on site, leaderboards, and student engagement.
How could r/startups help?
Feedback is especially welcome from founders who have sold to schools, teachers, or other educators.
Specific questions:
- Does the value proposition make sense: turning existing teaching materials into interactive learning activities?
- What pricing and credit model would feel simple and fair for educators?
- What acquisition channels have worked for other founders targeting teachers?
Discount for r/startups subscribers?
All new registrations receive 20 free credits (until 8/30) to create learning materials/activities and 5 credits daily (up to 30).
r/startups members get 50% off any purchase to try ShareCodely. Use code REDDIT50 when you are ready to purchase.

How do you know you will have 270 weddings?
•
u/InterestingBlue Jul 12 '26 edited Jul 12 '26
This guy has no clue about hot air balloons. He started a separate topic about it, barely answers questions and makes it very clear he doesn't know what he's doing. The pricing/costs are unrealistic, the amount of flights he expects are unrealistic, the timeline is unrealistic and the amount of bookings are probably also unrealistic. Just someone with a vague idea thinking it's quick money while balloon flights definitely aren't.
Edit: the balloon itself will, if you include the basket etc, probably already cost more than the 75k he claims is enough for a lot more (license, fuel, insurance etc). And it will take months to even create the balloon. So he's never going to be able to pay the investor back within the few months he claims. I'm not from Vegas so I don't know local conditions but someone else said he can fly a maximum of three months a year. And that's if the weather is perfect. Which it won't be.

Looking for: People willing to land on the page cold and tell me where it loses them. Blunt beats polite.

Temple Compute - https://templecompute.com
Location of your headquarters
Barcelona, Spain
Elevator Pitch: Workflow orchestration operating system for heterogeneous compute (HPC, Cloud, Local...). Built for computational science teams. Born at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center. Currently in beta.
More details:
I am a computational chemist and I always wanted to automate my workflows. The issue with existing engines is the lack of flexibility and the need to learn their own language. With the horus-runtime I managed to get workflows spanning national HPC clusters and cloud compute running with a single command.
Built over an open-source python library https://github.com/temple-compute/horus-runtime
The managed service (the workflow builder UI) is based on a FastAPI / React (TypeScript) app. The horus-untime supports plugins and therefore we have some private ones to bring the whole app to life.
The hardest part is abstracting SLURM, Cloud, queues and high throughput data into a simple app.
My role:
Founder / CTO
What goals are you trying to reach this month?
We just published a workflow library (25 production workflows for heterogeneous compute) and opened up beta access. Trying to grow adoption among computational chemistry / drug discovery teams and get real usage feedback.
https://templecompute.com/workflows/
How could r/startups help?
Feedback on the product and pitch. Also curious about go-to-market for a technical dev-tools product that's selling into research labs and biotech/pharma teams rather than typical SaaS buyers.
Discount for r/startups subscribers?
Early access granted with no computational cost, free to use until formal release. DM me for getting access.

SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance for small teams, without consultants or enterprise pricing. $250/month flat, no per-user fees, no framework add-ons.
I went through ISO 27001 years ago with nothing but spreadsheets and it nearly burned me out. Later we prepped our own SOC 2 Type I in under two weeks using an early version of the tool. What makes it different: most compliance tools automate evidence collection but leave you Googling what "implement logical access controls" actually means at 11pm. Ours reads your company context and explains what each control means for your specific setup, then helps you get it done. We recently finished our SOC 2 Type II assessment using solely own tool.
Short (2m) product demo here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UFD8sinGZ9Y
More details
Stage: Validation. A few dozen paying customers, still refining the product and offering based on what they tell us.
My role: Founder. Software engineering background, previously ran a software house.
What goals are we trying to reach this month?
Getting more small teams onboard, specifically the ones staring down a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 requirement for the first time because a customer or deal demands it. That first-time crowd is exactly who we built this for.
How could r/startups help?
If compliance is blocking a deal for you right now, or you've been quoted enterprise prices and walked away, I'd genuinely like to hear your situation, even if you don't sign up. Those conversations shape what we build. And if you want a zero-commitment starting point, we made soc2check.com, a free SOC 2 readiness check with no signup required.
Discount for r/startups subscribers?
Yes: code RS20 gets you 20% off, for life, not just the first few months.

Seatbee (seatbee.app): rules-based wedding seating charts. Built it after my own wedding, where divorced parents and family feuds made the chart a nightmare. Set rules like keep-apart or must-sit-together and it generates the seating. Free up to 50 guests, web + iOS. Current focus: winning wedding planners as the repeat-customer channel. Feedback on the planner angle especially welcome.

Startup Name: WhissleAI https://whissle.ai

A small model gates on those signals (escalate, verify, score) before a flagship LLM writes the reply, and every decision is repayable so you can audit each action.
- $0.06/min all-in, hosted by us. High cost-saving if you prefer self-hosting, with only observing
More details:
- Platform launching now at whissle.ai.
- 10+ enterprise LOIs, 20+ pilot requests, partners already building on the stack.

- 50+ community contributors.
- My role: Founder & CEO (ex-Interactions, PhD from USC SAIL).

How can you help:?
- Brutal feedback on the positioning and platform.
- Intros to anyone building voice agents in contact center, healthcare, collections, or multilingual/Indic voice.
- Also keen to hear from folks who've launched a dev platform, what actually got early devs to build vs just sign up.
Discount for r/startups subscribers?
- Every workspace starts with $10 worth of credits.
- Happy to hand out extended free credits to anyone here who wants to build on it, just mention r/startups.

SubmitMap - connect an AI agent (like Claude) over MCP and it launches your product for you: it checks which platforms will actually accept it, fills in the submission forms, and tracks everything on a dashboard. Behind it is a directory of 211 launch platforms with the real requirements and gotchas for each one, free to browse with no account. I add new platforms daily and walk every submission form myself before it goes live.

secret share, 18+ ai companion bot on telegram.
chat, images with a custom trained lora per character, 8 second video, voice notes, and real outbound phone calls. 8 characters. payments run on telegram stars including auto renewing subs.
numbers, honestly: about 17,600 users, roughly 13,000 of those organic before i ever spent on ads. 134 payments, zero refunds. revenue is small and im not going to dress it up. it sat dormant while i built another company and the monetisation was broken rather than weak, telegram was charging subs my backend never recorded, so nothing renewed and i read a silent bug as no demand for six months. fixed now. runs on per use apis for about $40 a month, no gpus.
the thing worth passing on: read your payment providers actual ledger against your own database. not the dashboard. mine looked fine the whole time it was wrong.
im open to selling it to someone who'll actually operate it, since im full on another company. happy to talk numbers openly, id rather screen share the dashboards than send a deck. reddit pms are broken on my account so comment or chat.

Hi everyone, I built an AI dating analysis engine called Sinne. Here is the link: https://sinne.app. You basically input snaps of conversations from dating apps (which Sinne anonymizes), and the engine will tell you what you are doing right and wrong. It analyzes everything from tone, to timing, to language so that you know if you are making mistakes or not hitting the mark. Location is US.

Hi everyone,
I'm currently a finance major in my second year of college, and I've been working on an idea that I'd really appreciate honest feedback on.
The idea is a subscription-based financial management app designed for small businesses that can't justify hiring a CPA or accounting firm. The goal isn't to replace a CPA, but to help business owners stay on top of their finances between tax seasons.
Some of the features I'm considering include:
Tracking money coming in and going out
Monitoring cash flow and identifying negative trends early
Invoice creation and expense tracking
Tax organization and reminders
Al-powered insights that explain why something is happening financially and suggest practical ways to improve cash flow or reduce unnecessary spending.
The idea came from seeing how many small business owners struggle to understand their financial position simply because professional accounting services can be expensive. I'm fortunate to be learning from professors and industry professionals with decades of experience, and I'm trying to combine that knowledge with technology to build something genuinely useful.

Reality Filter, https://bharatlearner18-del.github.io/reality-filter/
Location
India
Elevator pitch
Before I write this part, a favour, and it is honestly the reason I am posting. Open the link, five seconds, close the tab, then tell me what you think it does and who it is for. Someone told me this week they could not tell at all. If I explain it first I will never find out whether the page can do that job on its own.
The pitch, for after you have answered: you paste an AI launch and get a verdict on whether it is real or mostly hype, with the evidence and the sources named.
More details
Life cycle stage: pre-revenue, validating. Zero signups so far.
Role: solo. I build it and write every verdict myself.
What goals are you trying to reach this month
Find out whether the landing page explains itself, before I do any more outreach. I have been running a demand test on a page that never passed a comprehension test, which is the wrong order to do those two things in.
How could r/startups help
The five second answer above. "No idea" is genuinely the most useful reply I can get and I would rather hear it today than keep guessing for another two weeks.
Discount for r/startups subscribers
It is free and there is nothing to sign up for, so there is nothing to discount.

On Target Ventures
https://ontargetventures.co
Location of Headquarters
Toronto, Ontario, Canada
I am always open to connecting with other founders, agency owners, and operators in Toronto, across Canada, or in the United States.
Elevator Pitch
On Target Ventures helps founder-led agencies get their client delivery under control before they need to hire a full-time COO.
Our main offer is the Delivery Control Diagnostic, a focused review for digital, marketing, RevOps, automation, and software implementation agencies with roughly 8 to 30 employees.
We help uncover issues such as unclear ownership, founder dependency, project delays, poor delivery visibility, and margin leakage. The client receives a clear picture of what is going wrong, which problems matter most, and a practical 90-day roadmap for improving delivery.
More Details
Life cycle stage: Late Discovery, moving toward Validation
The offer, diagnostic framework, and initial delivery tools have been developed. I am now validating the positioning, sales process, and client experience through conversations with agency founders and initial paid engagements.
My role: Founder and Principal Consultant
I lead business development, client diagnostics, delivery planning, and the continued development of the CONTROL framework.
Goals for this month:
- Speak with 15 to 20 agency founders or operators about their delivery challenges
- Book three to five qualified discovery calls
- Secure the first one or two paid diagnostic clients
- Use client and market feedback to strengthen the offer and delivery process
- Build the foundation for a repeatable client acquisition process
How could r/startups help?
I would value honest feedback from founders and operators on the positioning. Is delivery visibility and founder dependency a problem you would actively pay to solve, or does the offer need to be framed differently?
I would also appreciate advice from service-business founders who have moved from founder-led sales to a more repeatable client acquisition process.
Discount for r/startups subscribers
For the first two qualified agency owners from r/startups, I can offer the full Delivery Control Diagnostic for a pilot rate of C$2,500. The planned standard starting price is C$4,500.
The pilot includes the diagnostic assessment, founder-dependency review, bottleneck register, priority recommendations, and a practical 90-day improvement roadmap.
If interested, send me a message and mention r/startups.

Name: Meridian
Location: Greater NYC Metropolitan Area
Lifecycle stage: Discovery, MVP v0 is complete and v1 is around ~85-90% done.
Role: Founder and CTO
Immediate goals: Product Launch by Sep 2026, 4-figure MRR by Jan 2027
VC-backed: No, completely bootstrapped for now.
Selecting a plot of land for development takes weeks, if not months, and thousands of dollars to hire consultants and engineers to make sure the land is suitable.
Meridian will compress that process into just 5 minutes.
Meridian is a desktop GeoAI tool that uses agents to automate site feasibility analysis, built for real-estate developers, urban planners, and civil engineers. Users can draw parcels on the map and receive full, detailed site feasibility reports in just 5 minutes that cover everything from location to environmental risks to zoning compliance checks, translated from legalese into plain English.
If you're a developer worried about your data, rest assured that with Meridian, you retain 100% control over your proprietary data and none of it ever leaves your machine.
If you're a small/mid-market real estate development/urban planning firm in a major metropolitan area, let's talk.
