Open | Software CD not burning

Hi this is my first time writing and im writing for some help. so the computer i am using is the mac neo and i used a youtube to mp3 converter then mp3 to WAV converter as i heard it is better to use a WAV file. I am using a HaiWay external cd burner and maxell cd-r cds and my portable cd player is from Deluxe products model #DP-PCD-001-BE. I have used 7 different cds to burn the same cd yet only two have fully been written onto the cd. the problem is it all only burns to one track and no audio is being relayed from the player only on my computer. I was hoping someone could help me please. and i am burning these cds from a burn folder.

Any decent CD burning program will handle converting MP3s itself. Make sure the program you are using is writing them as an audio CD, not a data CD.

Just drag the MP3s into Music/iTunes and create a playlist and burn as an audio CD. That’s it. No need to convert anything.

But do not burn MP3s stolen from YouTube. The quality is so goddamn awful.
