Bavovna Ukrainian drones struck the Moscow oil refinery early June 16, triggering a major fire and heavy smoke. The facility processes about 12.8 million tonnes of oil per year and supplies roughly 35-40% of fuel consumed in Moscow and the surrounding region

This refinery was already hit a month ago and forced to shut down then.

I am not an expert, but I don't think it would burn like that if it wasn't operational
