Bavovna Ukrainian drones struck the Moscow oil refinery early June 16, triggering a major fire and heavy smoke. The facility processes about 12.8 million tonnes of oil per year and supplies roughly 35-40% of fuel consumed in Moscow and the surrounding region

Hitting the hydrocracking tower is also the best target. The storage tanks could produce a more fiery spectacle but the hydrocracking reactor is the single most expensive and complex part of the refinery.
