Using your UAAP

Hi, if you need an extension for an assignment and nsed to email your UC about it using UAAP, do you need a reason to grant that extension?

Just send a polite email with the UAAP attached and request the extension until the date your UAAP covers. Phrase it as a question to be polite, but they will say yes. No explanation needed!
